A total 101 respondents responded questionnaire it further analysed by using SPSS software find mean standard deviation values. The findings show that agreed being fat, skinny, having bodyweight not harmony with their height are reasons why people body-shamed others. revealed felt distressed when others talked appearance. Many also expressed they treated differently feel uneasy embarrassed situations other concentrating results showed self-compassion helps cope shame more respect for themselves feeling self-conscious appearance be confident themselves.
